Tania Cisneros, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I’m therapist Tania Cisneros-Ventura. I am a bilingual, bicultural Latina therapist experienced in working with diverse communities. I have experience working with children, individuals, couples and groups to address trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. Life is not easy. We have all faced challenges and circumstances that have profound effects on our sense of self. Trauma and pain denies us access to hear our own voice. Unresolved grief, pain, anger, shame, guilt or emotional neglect silence our voices. Allow me to support you in your personal journey of reclaiming your voice and freeing your authentic self. I offer you a safe, supportive and challenging environment that will allow you to explore and grow in your areas of need. I strive to empower you to reach your full potential.

Maria Rodriguez, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

Many things are easier said than done in life. Especially, when you are in your process of healing after a loss, suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, or having relational challenges. I am passionate about promoting growth, personal insight, and confidence as our inner self is where the core of our strength lies. As a bi-cultural and bilingual (Spanish) therapist I practice a holistic approach with the diverse population I serve.

I have over 15 years experience serving at risk children and families in educational settings and community mental health/social service settings. My expertise is in working with adolescents and caregivers experiencing instability. I am additionally knowledgeable about public educational systems and strategies in working in partnership with educators.

I introduce a variety of approaches in therapy based on the individual needs of each person as I recognize and appreciate that no two people are the same. Some approaches used: mindfulness, solution focused, self/perspective awareness, and strength based. My style in working with people is consistently transparent, compassionate, yet straight forward.

Torey Collins, Associate Social Worker

Therapy can mean many things to many people. I am here to help you discover what it means to you. I have over 5 years of experience working with diverse populations. I have experience working with individuals experiencing depression and/or anxiety, as well those who have experienced significant trauma. In these times, day-to-day living can pose more than a few challenges.  I have multiple years of experiences working with clients to find their stride as they struggle with work-life balance and/or relational issues.

Using a non-direct, client-centered approach, I walk alongside each of my clients as you take this journey at your own pace. Through talk therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I hope to empower you to see the light at the end of the tunnel using tools you’ve had all along. Together, we will work to unlock your tool box and guide you to a place of peace and understanding.

I have over 10 years of experience working with children and look to provide a safe and calming space for them through play therapy. If challenging behavior has become the focal point of your child’s school experience, I am here to support you and your child through this challenging time.

I am honored to be considered during this time in your life and look forward to supporting you on your path to resilience.

Tiffannie Montaque-Jenkins, Associate Social Worker

My name is Tiffannie Montaque-Jenkins and I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Social Work from California State University, East Bay. I have experience working with children, teenagers, young adults, adults, and couples. I specialize in working with individuals that may have experienced trauma, phases of life changes, depression, anxiety and/or grief and are looking to increase positive coping skills in order to grow from these experiences.

I have been a helping professional for over 13 years. I believe in working from a strengths-based perspective, understanding that our situations do not take away the strength and power we all hold inside. At times it may be difficult to see our strengths as it may feel as though the clouds continually block the sun from shining through on us.  I believe that we all need help getting over that hump. It is my goal to support my clients in obtaining the tools and skills they desire to effectively promote one's happiness and peace while helping clients achieve their goals. No matter the journey, each process starts with the person in the mirror!

I look forward to working with you. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have regarding beginning your therapy journey.
